Tucked in a peaceful neighborhood in a golf cart-friendly town, your stay includes a complimentary golf cart so you can easily explore and enjoy the area. Please note: No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Violation of these rules will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6) Primary Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2), private half bath with toilet, closet, ceiling fan Second Bedroom: Queen bed (sleeps 2), closet, ceiling fan Third Bedroom: Queen bed (sleeps 2), ceiling fan and dedicated workspace We provide linens, pillows, towels, and an extra blanket if needed. Bedding and towels are prepared based on the number of guests listed on the reservation. --- Bathroom The full bathroom features a tub and shower combo and is stocked with fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. Beach towels are available in the hall closet. --- Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and utensils. Coffee options include a drip coffee maker, Keurig with a few starter K-cups, and a pour-over. There’s also a Belgian waffle maker for slow mornings. Dining table seats 4. Dish soap and dishwasher pods are provided. --- Indoor Comfort Bright, open living space with Smart TV (streaming and Dish), high-speed fiber WiFi, central air conditioning (set no lower than 70°), ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer in the attached garage. Iron and ironing board are available. --- Outdoor Living Enjoy the fenced yard, spacious deck, large grill, and pizza oven. It’s a great space to gather, cook, and unwind together. --- Parking & Access Two driveway parking spots plus limited street parking. Keyless entry for easy self check-in. Your personalized door code and full property guide (WiFi details, house rules, and checkout instructions) will be sent on the morning of arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or linens Clean up after your pets: Poop scoop and doggy bags are located on top of the kennel in the garage. Please ensure all waste is picked up promptly, and the scoop is cleaned after each use. Pet hair cleanup: Please vacuum excess pet hair before checkout. The vacuum is located in the laundry room. * Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet hair or pet waste is found and requires extra cleaning.
