Our space is perfect for you and your group to indulge in our beautiful indoor & outdoor living spaces. Outside our home you will have access to: - Beautiful private pool area with 2 umbrellas surrounded by palm trees - 4 chaise loungers + additional chairs to relax by the pool and fire pit - Jacuzzi/Hot Tub - Outdoor dining table w/ built in fire pit - Outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, grill and smoker - Functional fitness gym in the garage (2 barbells, rowing machine, yoga mats, squat rack, bench, dumbbells, and more) - 2 Person Sauna - Locker w/ beach chairs, towels, sand umbrella, bags, and more to allow you to enjoy the beach comfortably Inside our home, the space is cozy with tasteful designs that make you feel right at home. You will sleep soundly on our extremely comfortable mattresses. You'll have access to: - Master suite with a massive California king bed attached to a master bath with dual vanities. - A queen bed, mini fridge, & a large workstation (a mouse and TV monitor). It has a convenient exterior door to immediately connect you directly to the backyard pool area. Note: The pool is not available to be heated but the hot tub is available for you to enjoy all year! In winter, the hot tub takes about 45 minutes to heat up, please plan to turn it on, do something else, and come back. It's okay to turn it on late afternoon and let it run through the evening, and turn it off when finished. The home is located just west of I-5 and facing the highway, front yard only. Our space represents some of Airbnb's best trends, a unique stay and the ability to live like a local, while enjoying unique resort style amenities. Our neighborhood is quiet, walkable and safe. It is nestled against Coast Highway where you will enjoy convenient groceries, coffee shops and restaurants. Local: If you want to ditch the car, grab the local "Ride Circuit app for $3 rides around town or the coastline train. We sit between the Carlsbad and Oceanside Transit Centers for access to Encinitas, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Mission Beach, as well as San Diego, Orange County and LA for day trips. -Use the Coaster Train for San Diego and Amtrak for Los Angeles. -Walking distance to Coast Highway near the ocean and full of shopping -Hop on the 2 bikes we offer and cruise around town. A true highlight of your trip! Oceanside is truly an ideal location as we sit equidistant to LA and San Diego, where you can be in San Diego as soon as 35 minutes and LA in 1 hour. Our guests take day trips to easily accessible attractions between LA and San Diego. Our house also sits very close to the highway and puts you in route almost immediately! Here are some of the big attractions for you and the family/friends: 1. San Diego Zoo / Balboa Park (only 45 minutes) 2. DisneyLand in Anaheim (only 1 hour 10 minutes or 2 hours by train) 3. LEGOLAND (less than 10 minutes) 4. Catalina Island/ Catalina Express (20 minutes to Dana Point Harbor - then 45 minute boat ride). 5. Sea World (only 25 minutes) 6. We appreciate you treating our home as if it were your own :) 🙏 House Rules -Always turn off Jacuzzi after use (do not leave running overnight) -Please only use designated colorful towels for Beach, Pool & Hot Tub, NOT the white bath towels - Please place chaise lounge covers back on the chairs when you finish laying out by the pool, as they WILL get moldy - All children should be supervised on the property due to the pool access. -NO feminine products or wipes of any kind in toilets. Professional service to remove any foreign objects found in the plumbing will be charged against your security deposit. -No parties or events or unauthorized guests sleeping over -Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am -No Smoking inside - Outside ONLY - $350 fine Pet Rules Notice: It’s increasingly rare for hosts to accommodate pets due to ongoing challenges. As pet lovers, it’s important to us to stay pet friendly. To do so, we ask that you observe the following rules: -2 pets maximum, (exceptions can be discussed), $75 fee applies -No pets on furniture -Poop scoop. A scooper is provided in the yard and doggy bags in the island drawer -Vacuum excess hair. A vacuum is located in the garage. *Additional cleaning to remove excessive hair or dog excrement will be charged to the reservation
