Good to know
We are ideally centralized in Austin; providing you immediate access to the Domain and Arboretum. They are both a shoppers paradise, and full of dining and nightlife. The home has convenient access to major highways to quickly experience the many sides of Austin. We are 3 min to Austin FC & a short 7-10 min drive south to Downtown, University of Texas, & countless music venues. For Formula 1 lovers, you're a 20 minute Uber to the public transit pickups that you MUST use. To the west and north, quickly find yourself at Lake Travis, Cedar Park Center, Round Rock Express, or Kalahari Resort. Our game room boasts a shuffleboard, ring & hook game, as well as additional table games for you entertainment. Kick back for a movie on a 60" TV and a very comfortable sectional couch. The patio is large with relaxing outdoor living and dining, as well as a steamy hot tub to soak in and destress. The backyard has a built in fire pit and a many large oak trees to provide a peaceful ambiance full of chirping birds and active squirrels year round. The backyard is massive and perfect for your pets to run and enjoy the outdoors. Our space is homey and comfortably designed, with attention to detail. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms complete with all the day-to-day living essentials you may need. You'll sleep great when our memory foam, hybrid mattresses usher you into a deep sleep. The large master is beautifully decorated and set up with a relaxing ambiance. It has a convenient in-suite bath. A second bedroom has been designed with a spacious and well equipped workstation on a stylish wall-to-wall desk for accommodating remote work (laptop connections and monitor). It is also designed for function, as it's equipped with a Murphy bed, providing an open space for activities if needed. The third bedroom will make you feel at home. It is our "Longhorn Room", capturing a vibe of Austin.
House Rules
House Rules -Leave Hot Tub floating device in Hot Tub at all times and ensure submerged before departure. Always replace the Hot Tub lid -Clean up after your pets inside and out. There are doggy bags in the the island drawer across from the Fridge and Pooper Scooper outside. Additonal cleaning to remove excessive hair or dog excrement will be charged to guest's reservation. -Please only use designated colorful towels for Hot Tub, NOT the white bath towels -NO feminine products or wipes of any kind in toilets. Professional service to remove any foreign objects found in the plumbing will be charged against your security deposit. -No parties or events or unauthorized guests sleeping over -Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am -Please remove your shoes if inclement weather causes dirt to track throughout home -No Smoking inside - Outside ONLY - $350 fine -Please fold the Murphy Bed in Office Bedroom up/down very gently We appreciate you! The location is perfectly suited for access to Austin’s most sought after entertainment areas right in our backyard (Uptown/Domain, Downtown Austin, UT, Austin FC, Formula 1, Lake Travis, Round Rock Express, HEB Center, etc). We kindly ask that you take care of our home by following our House Rules. Thank you! -No parties or events or unauthorized guests sleeping over -Prior approval for inviting guests over is required and minimal fee will apply -Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am -Please remove your shoes if inclement weather causes dirt to track throughout home -No Smoking inside - Smoking is only allowed in outside areas -Shower or rinse off before using the Hot Tub - oils/shampoos damage hot tub. -Always replace the Hot Tub lid by following instructions on back patio. -Please do not use white bath towels outside. Colored Hot tub towels are provided and can be found on the back porch. -Clean up after your pets inside and outside by removing poop and excessive hair. There are doggy bags in the the island drawer across from the Fridge -Please respect closeby neighbors when hanging out on back porch and in Hot tub -Their is No garage access (BnB storage) unless permitted for special reasons

The Uptown area of North Central Austin is perfectly situated to visit and explore the many sides of Austin, such as downtown, the lake, the Domain, and much more! - The Domain and The Arboretum, both top Austin zones for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. - A few miles from Austin FC men's professional soccer - A short drive to Downtown - A short drive to Lake Austin, Lady Bird Lake, or Lake Travis - Major hospitals and Major business campuses - Grocery, restaurants and other convenient stores on the edge of the neighborhood You are 3 blocks from a main highway to quickly access all areas of Austin, in any direction. You are almost exactly 2 miles to the Domain area for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. For business and healthcare professionals, we are centrally located close to numerous business campuses and between 2 of the largest hospitals in Austin.

It is recommended to have a vehicle in this location to access all the wonderful surrounding areas. There is also a very close commuter train that can take you downtown if you want to avoid parking and traffic. The location is perfectly suited for access to Austin’s most sought after entertainment areas right in our backyard. It's now being called Austin's "Second Downtown". The Domain is a must visit and drive through. For quick access, simply take Duvall Road East toward MoPac, taking a right onto the MoPac Frontage road, which takes you right into the Domain. You are conveniently positioned to rapidly access Highway 183 and MoPac Expressway. Downtown is 10 minutes away via MoPac outside rush hour and you're 2 miles from the Domain/Uptown area, with world class shopping, restaurants, entertainment and nightlife (Rock Rose). Rock Rose is a nightlife and restaurant area in the Domain that has replicated many of Austin’s Downtown favorites. Additionally, enjoy the diversity of Austin by heading quickly south to University of Texas Campus (10 minutes), Downtown (12 minutes) and west to Lake Travis (15 minutes). You are within walking distance to the 7/11, Twin Liquors and Pappadeux off the 183 Frontage Road. There are little gems and pockets nearby, such as Anderson Lane, Burnet Road, and Anderson Mill, that offer great local bars, ice cream, restaurants, etc. We have included our favorite local spots in these nearby areas in our UptownBnB Guidebook, so check it out! UptownBnB is also well situated for families visiting hospitals, Business Professionals working in town in the plethora of nearby Technology firms and for those visiting families in nearby suburbs. (Hospitals are Ascension Seton North, St. David’s North, Dells Children North, Northwest Hills Surgical Hospital, Seton Medical Center). You can be close to event centers while also conveniently accessing areas further West to communities like Lake Travis, Lakeway, West Lake Hills, etc.. And the same is true for going North toward Cedar Park and Leander (10 minutes), or Northeast toward Round Rock, Pflugerville and Georgetown (20-25 minutes).
