The home has an open living, dining and kitchen area to facilitate connection with your friends and family. The massive dining table easily converts to a pool and ping pong table with clear instructions. There are also many other table games to enjoy! The backyard has a patio with outdoor furniture. Right off the patio is a gazebo covering a large hot tub for your enjoyment. The back driveway has 2 off-street parking spaces behind a gate. Pet owners: please note there’s a small gap at the bottom of the gate that pets may be able to slip through.

House Rules No Smoking inside - Smoking is only allowed in outside areas - $500 fine / cleanup fee Absolutley NO wipes or feminine products of ANY kind in toilets (See instructions by toilets) "Professional service to remove any foreign objects found in the plumbing will be charged against guest's reservation" Before using the Hot Tub, follow instructions on the back patio Ensure Hot Tub chlorine floater is submerged and NOT removed from Hot Tub. This ruins the hot tub for future guests Carefully handle the dining table panels when converting to Pool, Ping Pong, and Dining table Clean up after your pets, per rules below Lock the backyard gate when parking inside and when leaving. There is a latch on both sides of the gate to lock on either side when parking or leaving. Please leave the lock on the outside of the gate at Final Departure. (Gate ode 2233) Please remove shoes when entering No Parties, unauthorized events, or unauthorized guests No loud noises or music outside after 10pm Pet Rules: Since it’s rare, it’s important to us as dog lovers/owners to be pet friendly. Due to challenging pet experiences, and to avoid removing pet friendliness altogether, we’ve chosen instead to put rules in place that are agreed by guests prior to arrival: Notice: The back patio and driveway gate is not pet secure. The front yard has grass. Guest agrees to clean up after their pet inside and out (poop scoop and vacuum excessive hair) Vacuum is located in the walk-in closet of the2nd level room with the purple bedspread Pet Bowls are set out, and complimentary doggy bags can be found in cabinet next to 1st level barndoor Check Out Instructions: Please do not make beds and ONLY strip the used sheets, but NOT mattress or pillow covers. Place used sheets and dry towels in hampers provided. Wet towels should be hung up. Please ensure the Hot Tub floater is not removed and is floating and submerged. Hot Tub lid should be on. Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher and start. Please take out ALL trash to the Trash Bin located on the side of the house by the alley. Lock all doors and back gate before leaving Report any accidentally stained, damaged or broken items Please double check that you’ve cleaned up after your pets

To encourage the best experience for your group, we ask that you, as the group leader, please distribute the House Rules to your guests before anyone arrives. They are available in the app, and are also posted on the fridge. We have a firm rule that NO parties or events are allowed. If you are planning a gathering or have an event beyond the 10 guest limit, please message me to discuss. No one other than the guests listed in the reservation should stay in the home, unless discussed. A deposit (for incidentals) may be required for larger groups and/or events. Tips for Making the Most of Your Stay Heating and Cooling: During the day, keep the penthouse bedroom door open at the bottom of the 3rd level stairs to allow the home to stay at a more even temperature. Navigation Tips and Info: You can jump on the highway almost immediately by going around the block back to Miller Street, where you can then take the highway on-ramp. Downtown is 2 Minutes and Nationwide Children's Hospital is 1 minute away. The location is perfectly suited for access to Columbus’s most sought after entertainment areas by heading quickly north to Ohio State University Campus (7 minutes), Short North (5 minutes) and south to German Village (3 minutes). Old Town East is also well situated for families visiting hospitals (Nationwide Childrens, Mount Carmel, The James, Riverside, etc), seeing area relatives, or working outside of town, as you can quickly travel to East Columbus around 10-20 minutes to communities like Bexley, Whitehall, Reynoldsburg, New Albany etc.. And the same is true for going North toward Clintonville (8 minutes), and the Far North, Westerville, Worthington, and Dublin (20 minutes). Lastly, you are quickly driving out to Hocking Hills State Park (45 minutes).
